I read the forum quite a bit, so figured I would send a picture of my car. Its an '89 Trans Am, all fiberglass body, Alston pro gas chassis (modified to a different 4link than alston's). 9" Ford r/e, pinto front suspension, powerglide and the basic electronics--delay box, throttle stop, air shifter. The current engine is our small one: 427, 11to1, TRW pistons, roller cam and Ron's Terminator Fuel Injection system. Our other motor, currently under repair for spun main bearing, is a 468ci, 14 to 1, JE pistons, c/a rods, callies crank, Dart 360 heads. The best et/mph at a corrected altitude of 6600' on an easy shakedown pass and 1.6 rockers is 9.13/148. I'm an Avionis Technician with the Arizona Air National Guard.
